The Firm’s most active line of business is in the area of Company Law and Practice with specific emphasis on best practices in commercial transactions. The area of practice includes, but is not limited to the following aspects of corporate and/or commercial law.

• Company Register searches; registration, filing, certification, and verification of documents for bank purposes and other commercial transactions.

• Formation of business entities, partnerships, Associations, Funds, Companies and Charitable Organization, NGOs;

• Incorporation of Business Entities and advisory services on various types of business associations and the requirements for incorporation and/or registration of local and foreign companies;

• Obtaining immigration Visas and Work permits for foreign investors, employees, and immigrants.

• Preparation

• Licensing and Franchising of Agreements;

• Proffering of brokerage services in respect of all commercial transactions.

• Legal counsel on all corporate matters;

• Full company secretarial work including attendance of Board meetings; preparing Board Resolutions, Preparation and filing of relevant company forms, due diligence, arbitration, and mediation.

• Provision of counsel on appropriate insurance range coverage, including choice of insurance provider;

• Provision of legal counsel on dealings with bills and other negotiable instruments, capital market investments, and similar financial instruments.

• Bi-annual reports on legal status of Companies that are parties to Loan Agreements, mortgages, or Debentures, or any other contractual commercial transactions.

• Registration of chattel mortgages, land mortgages, promissory notes, guarantees, loan agreements and related documents.

• Preparation of detailed legal opinions on bank related transactions.

• Meticulous due diligence carried out on files maintained at the National Company Registry with a view of ascertaining;
